One of the projects I’m most proud of was transforming the iconic Madame Fù into Prada Mode Hong Kong during Art Basel week in Hong Kong.

Working within one of the most high-profile weeks in the luxury and creative calendar, I helped bring Prada’s private members club experience to life — blending fashion, culture, hospitality and immersive brand experience under one roof. The transformation of the space required not only creative vision, but precision, adaptability and the ability to operate at an incredibly high level under pressure.

From managing details behind the scenes to helping execute an experience worthy of one of the world’s most recognised luxury brands, the project showed me the power of creating moments people truly buy into. It wasn’t just about hosting an event — it was about building atmosphere, exclusivity, conversation and cultural relevance.

Projects like this sit at the intersection of strategy, brand storytelling, partnerships and experience-led marketing — which is exactly where I do my best work.
